You can book directly through our website by selecting the experience you’re interested in. Once you submit your details, our team will guide you through the next steps. For corporate or custom retreats, you can contact us directly via email or WhatsApp.

Most of our retreats are held in nature rich locations where network may be weak or intentionally limited. This is by design. You are always informed in advance about connectivity so you can plan accordingly. Emergency contact options are always available.

No one will force you. We gently encourage reduced phone use so your nervous system can settle. Many participants choose to stay off their phones once they feel the difference—but the choice is always yours.

We understand that plans can change. Each retreat has a clearly stated cancellation and refund policy shared before booking. Refund eligibility depends on how close the cancellation is to the event date, as arrangements are made in advance. Wherever possible, we try to offer rescheduling options.

Not at all. Most people who join are functioning well externally working, leading, showing up but feel internally tired, scattered, or disconnected. You don’t need to be “broken” to need a reset.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with location details, reporting time, packing guidance, and contact information. Reminder messages are also sent closer to the event date.

No. Our work is therapeutic but not clinical. We focus on awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing.

We recommend comfortable clothing, footwear that can get a little muddy or sandy, a water bottle, and any personal essentials you may need. A detailed packing guide is shared before the event so you don’t overpack or worry.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. For corporate bookings, invoicing options are also available. All payment details are shared securely during the booking process.
